Local Plan First Review Alteration
The proposals contained within the Northwich Vision Interim Planning Guidance have been incorporated into the Borough Council's Local Plan First Review Alteration, which was adopted in June 2006 and sets out the Borough Council's policies and proposals with respect to land use planning for the period covering 2006-2016. A suite of policies relating specifically to the Northwich Vision is included in the Local Plan that aim to facilitate the delivery of key aspects of the Northwich Vision through the allocation sites identified for development. The policies also outline the urban design principles to be followed in developments related to the Northwich Vision strategy. Local Plan Proposals Maps
The Local Plan Proposals Maps show the land use allocations for Northwich Town Centre. The allocated sites identified are those that are anticipated to come forward for development witin the period covered by the Local Plan as a part of the Northwich Vision strategy.
