The Northwich Vision Exhibits at the BCSC Conference and Showcase

The British Council of Shopping Centres (BCSC) was established in September 1983 to provide a forum for those engaged in retail and shopping centre development and management. Industry leaders from the worlds of property, retailing and leisure all attend these conferences.

The Northwich Regeneration Partnership took advantage of record attendances at the prime networking opportunity for the UK retail property industry, held at the G-MEX, Manchester in November. Developers and retailers alike showed a great deal of interest in the regeneration of Northwich, taking time out to study the latest masterplan of the Baron’s Quay Development Area.

This was a major opportunity for the partnership to raise the profile of the Northwich Vision, and the 15-20 year strategy was very favourably received by all delegates attending the showcase.
