Anne Bingham-Holmes - Chief Executive of Vale Royal Borough Council

Anne is Chief Executive of Vale Royal Borough Council with over 20 years experience in the public sector.

Prior to taking up her position as Chief Executive at Vale Royal Borough Council, Anne worked for local authorities across the country in accountancy, the provision of direct frontline services and has experience in managing a wide variety of functions ranging from waste management, leisure centres, a national museum collection and a football stadium.

Anne is committed to the long term social, environmental and economic regeneration of Northwich, through the partnership working of the Northwich Vision, to create a town that is "A great place to be".
