Situated in the heart of the Cheshire Plain, Northwich is the largest town within the borough of Vale Royal. The town sits at the confluence of the Weaver and the Dane at a focal point of the Weaver Valley Regional Park. The town plays an important sub regional role and serves an extensive rural hinterland as a centre for retail, employment and local services.
A regeneration framework has been developed to set out a clear, ambitious yet achievable strategy for the renaissance of Northwich town centre. The strategy builds upon the analysis, research and community engagement which has been undertaken in recent years. The Northwich Vision identifies a series of exciting development projects throughout the town centre.
